Delete your iDefigo account

If you'd like to permanently delete your iDefigo account, please email [e-mail] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my iDefigo account".

What we'll do

• Verify your identity (we may ask a security question or check that the request comes from your registered email).
• Permanently remove your account and any personal data we hold within 30 days of confirming the request, in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Confirm by email once deletion is complete.

What we'll keep

• Anonymised aggregate analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
• Records we're legally required to retain (e.g. transaction logs, regulatory event reports involving public infrastructure).

If you only want to remove iDefigo from this device, you can sign out from Settings → Account → Sign Out instead — your account stays active and your data is preserved.
